The Challenge

Join in on the fun, and challenge yourself to atleast 30 days of eating delicious raw foods. Try and commit to converting one of your meals each day to a raw dish. It's simple, keep it simple - one foot in the water first.

For a larger challenge, adjust 75-90% of your day's intake to raw. Even true raw foodists have a little cooked food in their diet (usually fish).

So there you have it! Now start searching for some simple recipes (they're all over online, and we'll be posting our treasured finds on here too).
